Federal Deep Cycle batteries are made in the USA to exacting quality standards and are very conservatively rated when compared to the performance they deliver in the field. The Starting batteries come in a range of specialised case sizes while the Deep Cycle variants come in both 6 & 12 volt options to suit most Marine, RV, Solar, Electric Vehicles, Floor Scrubbing Machines, Scissor Lifts and other Deep Cycle applications.
MARINE/RV
Like the automotive range above, these batteries feature special computer aided design and are manufactured for increased durability in heavy duty applications such as Buses, Tractors, Line Haul Trucks, Off-Road Equipment and Marine Craft. They feature premium ‘deep pocket envelope separators’ to extend service life, genuine calcium lead alloy for longer waterless operation, anchor locked elements with radial grid, tightly packed plates to resist vibration, and tough polypropylene cases to resist breakage and extend service life.
